Dry T/C average routes - adding two more calendar contracts

NOS and IMAREX are listing two more calendar years for the dry bulk timecharter basket routes. This means that CAL 12 and CAL13 will be available for trading and clearing from 3rd March 2008. Please see uppdated Appendix 5 to the Rulebook and Notice 03 - 2008.
