MF Global UK Limited

In response to questions regarding MF Global UK Limited (MF Global) NOS Clearing ASA confirms that MF Global which is a member with our clearing house is meeting its financial obligations.  MF Global are however not allowed to open any new positions with NOS Clearing ASA. 

NOS Clearing ASA is launching a default fund November 1^st 2011. The fund will not be exposed to any unwinding costs resulting from a possible default situation with MF Global, as this situation occurred prior to capitalization of the fund. Any costs will be covered by NOS Clearing.
