November netting and settlement

The NOS managed November netting and settlement service for the Dry FFA contracts was successfully completed as scheduled. 44 participants delivered 571 trades to the service, and the netting effect was USD 527 million. Instead of financing USD 623 million, only USD 96 million was needed to settle the contracts.
