P3A AVG now available for clearing
NOS Clearing ASA (NOS) is pleased to announce that the P3A AVG (settlement of all index days) is now available for clearing.
The underlying contract is a Baltic assessed Panamax route P3A, a time charter with basis delivery S.Korea – Japan Pacific R/V. The introduced contract has settlement of all index days. The closing price is calculated by NOS on the basis of the P3A curve published by the Baltic Exchange. The product structure includes 6 monthly contracts and 4 quarterly contracts.
Full Product Specification is available in Appendix 5, annex 5C, to the Rulebook. NOS has also released a Rulebook Notice 10/2011, describing the changes made to Appendix 5.
