TD9 flatrate adjustment 1st July 2009

Worldscale Association has in its circulars No. 24/2009 and No. 25/2009 announced that the flatrate for TD9 will change from 1st July 2009.

Due to this flatrate change, NOS will performe a flatrate adjustment 2nd July 2009. We will adjust the Tradevalue and Marketvalue using the new flatrate for all TD9 trades with settlement in July and onwards. All trades will be adjusted even the trades that have been closed out by the member. This means that both realised and unrealised P/L will be adjusted. The values in the Mark-to-Market Report for the 2nd July will reflect the new flatrate for TD9. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
