Changes in the Imarex group

Imarex ASA has today in the Q1 presentation, informed about changes within the Imarex Group. The changes are related to the International Maritime Exchange (IMX) and a closer relationship between IMX and Spectron in order to streamline the transaction services and chase synergies in the group. This process is described in a joint client notice from IMX and Spectron.
These adjustments will have no influence over how NOS serves its members.
