Imarex ASA sells Spectron Group Ltd

Imarex ASA has today released information regarding changes within the Imarex Group. An agreement has been reached to sell Spectron to Marex Financial. The sale was decided by Imarex ASAs Board of Directors yesterday evening, and the transaction was made public on the Oslo Stock Exchange this morning. The sale will not affect the ownership, regulatory status or the day to day business of NOS Clearing ASA, and the transaction will not have any impact on the relationship between NOS Clearing ASA and our members.
