New tools for Brokers and Clients

NOS Clearing is pleased to launch the NOS Broker Application, a custom-made tool for all OTC brokers. The new application helps to minimize the risk, time and manual work involved from the trade is matched OTC subject clearing, until the trade is approved and cleared by NOS. Members may also use our Clearing Online Application to get a better overview of their trades and positions.  

The new Broker Application includes the following functionalities:

  • Trade registration - The broker can enter trades directly into our system making it quicker, safer and more efficient.
  • Intraday status - Brokers have a good overview of intraday trades.
  • Clearing Confirmation - Online confirmations will ease end of day trade reconciliation.
  • Historical Trades - Overview of historical trades – with export to excel functionality.

The Clearing Members can follow the realtime status of their trades in the NOS Clearing Online Application (COA).

The NOS Clearing Online Application (COA) includes the following functionalities:

  • See trades pending their acceptance
  • Accept their trades online
  • Calculate change in margin for new trades (including netting effects etc)
  • Collateral overview and margin requirements
  • Allocate positions between internal portfolios
  • Do give-ups to other members.
