Tax Forms

In order to open a USD Collateral and Settlement Account with DnB NOR Bank ASA, New York, one of the following US tax forms has to be filled in and signed:

• W-8 BEN tax form for non-US entities without a US branch or representative
• W-8 ECI tax form for non-US entities with a US branch or representative
• W-9 tax form for US entities
