Tax Forms

All clearing members with NOS Clearing freight have to fill out one of the following US tax forms in order to open a margin settlement account with DnBNOR NY:

• W-8 BEN tax form for non-US entities without a US branch or representative
• W-8 ECI tax form for non-US entities with a US branch or representative
• W-9 tax form for US entities
